Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The Documentation Compliance Associate learns/improves current documentation system utilizing change control and implementation guidelines. This is a temporary position for six months to a year. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare new processes using standard format. Scan and import images. Edit and proofread revisions of processes. Implement new, revised processes and remove obsolete processes for storage. Mail notifications or update process notifications for temporary and permanent changes. Make and distribute new process books and assigning numbers. Maintain filing system. Input to documentation checklists. Interface with process owner/originator for clarification of new/revised processes. Organize updates and distribution of process documentation. Maintain various files in file manager/group system. Follow and input for improvement on current system for documentation control Job Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred Good communication, verbal and written is required Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated Education and Experience: High School Diplomaor equivalent is required Three to five years in the PCB industry with quality background is preferred Associate Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
