Job Overview The University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Coordinator of Recruiting Operations (Sports Program Associate) to work in the Football program. This is a position with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for select administrative aspects of the recruiting operations for the football program while following University of Cincinnati and departmental policies, NCAA Division I, and Conference bylaws and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to assisting the Director of Recruiting Strategy in the communication and recruiting, both personally and within management of coach communication. Assisting the Director of Recruiting in all On-Campus recruiting operations tasks, including logging visits, HS Coach tickets, mileage reimbursements, academic evaluations, compliance paperwork, vendor orders, vehicle and lodging reservations. Recruiting and scheduling student volunteers. Oversee the initial eligibility process and act as liaison between recruiting office and academic support staff. Assist as needed in booking travel. The position requires some evening and weekend hours.
