Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Design and produce a range of print and digital materials using knowledge of design principles and practices, formats, typography, printing, and layout. * Take creative work from concept to pre-press and production, being open to new ideas and influences, and quick to react to changing trends throughout the process. * Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks; coordinate with project teams to determine project scope, schedules, requirements, goals, and deadlines. * Ability to translate written communications into graphics that support and enhance the client's communication as well as the brand. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees. Ability to maintain records and keep digital archives per department policies. * Must always act professional and be comfortable working with all levels of executives. * Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities This position requires understanding of design and production of graphics for all types of applications in the areas of: Print Layout and Design: Literature updates, Rebranding, Billboards, Event promotional materials, Mailers, Meeting displays, Booth graphic, Logo design, advertising creation and resizing, Packaging Digital Media: Email & mobile-friendly design, PDFs: Interactive & forms, digital literature, Newsletters, Web graphics * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Must be self-motivated, possessing the ability to think on your feet and make decisions on your own * Nice to have, but not necessary. Perhaps willing to learn, if desired: * Motion Graphics (e.g. After Effects). * Basic understanding of HTML and CSS as applied in email design. * 3D modeling and rending software a plus (e.g. Blender, Keyshot). Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's or technical degree in Graphic Design related field of study, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or job-related field. * Note: Please provide link to portfolio when applying.
