About the role:

TQL is seeking an IT Program Manager who will be responsible for the strategic and tactical level planning, execution, reporting and articulating goals and objectives of projects and programs in an Agile environment. You will be tasked with leading business initiatives, running multiple projects and/or programs, raising brand awareness, and understanding the long-term benefits of the entire program.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support all levels and departments by serving as a liaison to project stakeholders and communicating effectively to influence and assist in the decision-making process
  • Provide leadership for the delivery of projects and programs in an Agile environment, with an emphasis on delivering business value through high quality technical solutions
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project and program success
  • Collect and analyze data to establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage project and program resource availability, including working with Development Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure prioritized work is progressing and cross-team dependencies are addressed
  • Reduce or eliminate risks by early identification, assessment and problem solving
  • Plan and track project timelines and budgets be responsible for project milestones and deliverables for multiple programs/projects simultaneously

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of program, organizational change management or project management experience delivering software solutions
  • Experience managing full cycle projects through conception, implementation and evaluation required
  • Collaborating and working with Infrastructure teams preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with technical projects strongly preferred
  • Experience with 3rd party vendor implementations strongly preferred
  • Strong influence, facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills required
