POSITION TITLE: Assistant Teacher -- Multiple Centers
SALARY RANGE: Compensation to be commensurate with experience
HOURS: Monday -- Friday; 36 Hours
JOB SUMMARY:
Collaborate with the Preschool classroom teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities for children ages 3 -- 5 years of age. Foster an environment that meets the educational, social, emotional, and physical needs of children. Support team teachers as a liaison between the home and center to strengthen communications and encourage parents' involvement. Assist teacher with required documentation for the program. Maintain and keep current all required child care training and certifications.
