Principal AR Specialist

Summary:

  • To assist the Principal HR Specialist, supervise HR coordinators, and manage and ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate Relations and Communications).

General Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Principal HR Specialist

  • Supervise HR coordinators, and manage and ensure day-to-day operations

  • Meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Benefits,

  • HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate

  • Relations and Communications).

Basic Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course

  • 5 years relevant work experience in a BPO set up

  • Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations

  • Must have strong case management experience

  • Strong analytical skill

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Has background in project management and process improvement

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Salesforce

  • Amenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Schedule

  • Amenable to work in Alabang
