BAW PLASTICS INC Manufacturing Packing Floor Associate Operative in Clairton, Pennsylvania
Are you a natural leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments? BAW Plastics is looking for a Packing Floor Assistant to join our team!
What You'll Do:
- Oversee packers to ensure efficient workflow, correct materials, and proper staging
- Organize, request, and stage materials needed for upcoming jobs
- Coordinate with production supervisors to track job timelines
- Work closely with the shipping manager to ensure timely order fulfillment
What We're Looking For:
? Strong leadership and organizational skills ? Confident in communicating with department heads and sales teams ? Reliable transportation to and from work ? Experience with forklifts and stand-up lifts is a plus (we'll train the right candidate!) ? Basic computer skills (training provided for our business system) ? Physically capable of lifting and pulling heavy items without restrictions
