We are partnering with a manufacturing company to identify an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the inventory management system.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the production and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
