Digital Marketing Operations Manager

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for helping the Park Place Technologies team fully leverage the tools in our marketing technology stack and contribute to our lead generation efforts. As a key member of our digital marketing team, this position plays a critical role in the digital lead generation architecture of our marketing technology stack. Key responsibilities include managing the integration and day-to-day execution of our tech stack, creating and refining the lead scoring program within our marketing automation tools, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and supporting digital marketing initiatives as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

- - Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment

- - Create and launch campaigns across the marketing technology stack with tools like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Terminus Email Experiences, Drift, On24 and Outreach.io.

- - Maintain and implement data hygiene best practices to improve data quality between our CRM and marketing operations platforms

- - Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and data cleansing

- - Work with Sales Tech Ops team to streamline systems between marketing and sales operations

- - Create and maintain marketing reporting dashboards to gain actionable insights into campaign effectiveness and marketing impact

- - Assist with lead and revenue reporting to key stakeholders via tools like Marketo, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console

- - Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as blog research and creation, website development, and agency and contractor management

- - Other duties as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications:

- - Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing preferred) 3-5 years experience

- - Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

- - Strong analytical experience using tools like Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and PowerBI

- - Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly

- - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

- - An analytical and process-oriented mindset

- - Demonstrated history of using, maintaining, and analyzing data to measure performance and make recommendations

- - Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Travel:

- - Less than 5%
