The Sherwin-Williams Company NOAM Workforce Management Time & Attendance Lead in Cleveland, Ohio

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all NOAM Time & Attendance modules. The incumbent will work to ensure all NOAM employee hours are accurately tracked and reported and proactively identify opportunities to automate time & attendance processes. The NOAM Workforce Management Time & Attendance Lead has deep knowledge of business and employee needs and works to ensure the time and attendance systems drives a positive employee experience and ensure employee T&A behavior complies with company policy. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Own the Time and Attendance modules, including overseeing upgrades, analyzing risks, assessing new release features, and leading projects to adopt new functionalities or change processes. Act as the liaison between key stakeholders from all business units, technology team and the Compliance Lead to ensure company pay and time policies are configured accurately and are in compliance with regulations. Advise WFM Technology Manager on Time & Attendance strategy. Build relationships across SBS WFM and Digital technology to innovate, build, and sustain the Time & Attendance system. Optimize the Time and Attendance modules and processes to meet workforce needs and create opportunities for automation, enhanced integration, and reduction of manual processes. Identify opportunities to automate the time and attendance system. Provide research, cost-benefit analysis, and recommendations with to achieve both long and short-term objectives. Maintain accrual & attendance polices within the SBS WFM system. Advise on functional configuration, providing time & attendance subject matter expertise and informing software implementation decisions. Own design, direct configuration, and support testing of time and attendance functionality. Develop time and attendance user stories and requirements for the SBS WFM solution. Partner with SBS WFM Technology to develop test cases and review test results for completion. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in related fields. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree focused on Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics Project management certification or designation desired KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years of experience in working with time and attendance systems, employee benefits, and payroll systems. This includes a deep understanding of how these systems operate, how to troubleshoot issues, and how to train others to use them effectively. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to leverage analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and influence change. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation expertise. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Project management and resource planning experience. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Ability to analyze and interpret time and attendance data. Ability to mentor a team, delegate tasks, oversee projects, and drive day-to-day operations. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to develop process mapping and standard operating procedures. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred: Payroll and Time & Attendance implementation experience desired. Change management and training experience desired. Agile project management experience. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project Preferred: Aptitude with UKG Time & Attendance configurations
