Aston Carter Part Time Office Coordinator in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Description

As an Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, handling responsibilities such as greeting and assisting interviewees, vendors, and clients, as well as managing office deliveries. Your role includes answering and routing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining an organized and tidy workspace. You will also be responsible for keeping public spaces and conference rooms clean throughout the day, monitoring office supplies, and stocking beverages and snacks. Your support extends to assisting with in-office catering, lunches, and events, and handling various administrative tasks for other teams. Additionally, you will address maintenance issues by coordinating with building management and vendors to ensure office cleanliness and functionality.

Part Time Schedule

  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 3:00pm EST

  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 3:00pm EST

  • Thursday: 8:00am - 3:00pm EST
