The Sherwin-Williams Company Senior Identity Management Business Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

The Identity Management Business Analyst will be partnering with clients to analyze and document their business and technical requirements to identify areas of improvement through (de)provisioning automation; also working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to facilitate the IAM Program governance process and analyze new business opportunities. The Identity Management Business Analyst will work closely with development peers to implement automated solutions between the IdM system and other target apps/systems, using out-of-the-box and custom connectors. They will work jointly with the team to improve process orchestrations, modules and components to streamline user access and provisioning to applications/systems. Some prior knowledge of any identity management product (e.g., Oracle Identity or SailPoint) is most desired, but not required; however, knowledge of business processes with end-to-end provisioning, access and identity management, to systems is more desirable over technical knowledge. The Identity Management Business Analyst will assist in coordinating projects, prioritizing tasks, and manage communication with app owners. This role also provides operational support and expertise for the enterprise IdM Platform that includes troubleshooting, issue management, and escalation. Strategy and Planning Share Agile best practices with the Enterprise. Actively participate, both internally and externally, in the Agile community Acquisition and Deployment Elicitation and analysis of business and technical requirements, test files, and assisting in the delivery of additional database development phases. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats Continuous collaborate and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured, priorities are understood, and constraints communicated Assist, as needed, delivery teams until they have a sufficient understanding of the business epic and features and work required to deliver its value Serve as a member of the Program Management team to elaborate initiatives (business features and epics) and determine impact on internal and external value streams Operational Management Provide training and documentation for supported applications. Utilize existing systems to track and manage requests and issues. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution within the group. Provide application expertise as a project resource. Train and mentor other Analysts as assigned. Work with Quality Assurance to build and validate test scenarios and test cases against all requirements. Provide business reports to management and clients. Analyze application defects to determine if they fall within scope of project requirements. Incidental Functions Prepare and lead presentations as requested. Monitor program progress and provide visibility of program status against roadmap to full stakeholder group. Assist with other projects as necessary to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the teamwork.
