The Sherwin-Williams Company Senior Recruitment Paid Media Specialist in Cleveland, Ohio

The paid media recruitment lead will work closely with our HR teams to ensure we have an effective paid media strategy in place. This position is highly digital in nature, handling paid social placements in-house and working closely with an agency partner for any programmatic campaigns. Implement the strategic and tactical planning and execution of all paid media (primarily digital) supporting recruitment efforts for The Sherwin-Williams Co. Leverage effective strategies to attract candidates meeting objectives and goals set by the talent acquisition teams. Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to ensure all strategies and objectives are being met. Establish and track key measures, metrics and reports for monitoring and evaluating acquisition campaigns. Stay current on best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital media and targeting. Manage media agency and work collaboratively to deliver integrated media strategies and plans. Work closely with creative teams to ensure proper execution of all campaigns. Includes determining initial concepts, establishing timelines, scheduling kick-off calls, and coordinating feedback from the talent acquisition team. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 5+ years of national media planning, buying or a related field Strong negotiation skills Exceptional multi-tasking ability and time management skills Requires working knowledge of both paid media and recruitment marketing areas, with the ability to integrate the two fields TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Social Ads Manager platform experience including, Facebook and LinkedIn Familiarity with DSPs/programmatic media Stay on budget while hitting all impression goals Clear understanding of media math TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10% Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
