Emerson Supply Chain Planner in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

In this position you will be responsible for collaborate with planning teams and the Supply Chain department to ensure material availability aligns with production capacity and customer needs. You will also be responsible for delivering accurate monthly forecasts for materials and labor to Project Teams before financial deadlines and communicate the master production schedule to various stakeholders, such as Project Managers, Assembly teams, Engineers, Buyers, Finance, FSOs, and others within the Supply Chain organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate with the planning teams, with the Supply Chain organization, to ensure that materials are available in line with the capacity available and customer requirements.

  • Provide an accurate monthly material and labor forecast to Project Teams while meeting the monthly financial deadline.

  • Report key measures and provide information for Sales & Operation Planning (Forecast Requirements).

  • Coordinate the summary of forecast data for Systems assembly with the Field Service Offices (FSOs) and ensure that master production schedule and the forecast outlook are synchronized and fully updated. Run regular forecast meetings with the FSOs to fine-tune the forecast data on regular basis.

  • Communicate and coordinate the master production schedule with Project Managers, Assembly, Engineering, Buyers, Finance, FSOs and as applicable within the Supply Chain organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Operation Field (Order management, Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain).

  • Advanced in English language (spoken and written).

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills!
