Job Requirements
Make production plan: According to the company's production plan, organize the production plan of the workshop.• Implement the production process: organize the implementation, supervision and control of the production process, quality, equipment, cost and output indicators.• Coordinate internal communication and solve problems: keep abreast of the quality status in the production process, coordinate the communication and cooperation between various departments, and solve the problems in production in time• Production cost statistics: statistical analysis of the production situation, put forward improvement measures, control production costs• Evaluation of employee performance: performance evaluation of employees, timely understanding of employee psychological trends, care for employees• Responsible for production safety: responsible for production site safety management, eliminate safety hazards, eliminate work-related injuries and safety accidents, regularly organize safety education and training, and guide employees to work safely.• Implement the reward and punishment system as required: assess the 5S implementation of supervisors on time, implement the reward and punishment, and ensure that the system is implemented• Presided over workshop meetings: responsible for organizing workshop director and monitor communication meetings, coordinating staff adjustment and arrangement, and cooperating with human resources to ensure staff attendance and performance.• Implementation of quality control: strictly implement quality control according to production process requirements, supervise and inspect self-inspection and mutual inspection in the production process to prevent non-conforming products from flowing into the next process• Familiar with all factory policies and procedures• Coordinate the preparation of all operation procedures and records of centrifugal workshop, and check the implementation• Develop vacation plans for supervisors and production employees• Count the inventory of raw materials, and ensure the stable inventory of raw materials under the requirements of company policy
