Compensation for the Accounting - General Office position
- \$19 \$23 per hour DOE
- Monday Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- There are benefits available upon hire with client.
Responsibilities of the Accounting - General Office position
- Process payroll for 9 staff
- Utilize SAGE for payroll and accounting tasks
- Run errands to the courthouse as needed
- Process and type legal documents (training and examples provided)
- Contact clients about payments and remind them to pick up copies of their surveys
- Assist with other office duties such as helping with phones and covering for lunches
Requirements of the Accounting - General Office position
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of strong Payroll and Bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills with SAGE, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
- Must excel at a Grammar test
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of End of Year processes
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Outgoing, professional demeanor
- Must be open to help out where needed and comfortable working in a cubicle environment
