TEKsystems has a new and exciting opportunity to become a "Healthcare Customer Service Representative" , and work for the LEADING third-party administrator for the States' government health plan. This company is known for their support healthcare-related research, education, and service in South Carolina.

A Day in the Role:
Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.
Role Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have at least 1- 3 years of Customer Service Experience (call center or office experience preferred)
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Comfortable with computers
