Responsibilities
- Creating and building wire harness assembly aids
- Building wire harnesses of all complexities
- Using assembly aids such as billboards and blueprints
- Working with a variety of tools and reading instructions
- Conducting tests to ensure the harness works as designed
- Completing repetitive tasks
- Working on a team
Qualifications
- You understand the importance of a sense of urgency
- Precise attention to detail
- The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes
- A basic understanding of hand tools
- You are great at logic and problem-solving
- You are motivated and a self-starter
- Reliability. You understand that your team is counting on you every day
- Have the ability to do repetitive work
- Carpentry skills - preferred
- Mechanically inclined
- Experienced with power and hand tools - preferred
Compensation
$15 hourly
