As the Product Manager, you will partner with the Director of Custom Solutions in managing the development of customized K-12 Math, Science, and Social Studies products for various states and school districts. You will also be a people leader with a team of developers who specialize in all aspects of print and digital production. This position can work remotely within the United States. Your contribution to the team includes: To be successful in this role the candidate must be organized, flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once. The candidate should be experienced in the K-12 education market as well as experience managing the creation of print and digital educational products. Previous experience in education, editorial, or curriculum development is a plus. Product Strategy: Contribute to the strategic product vision for specific state and district customizations. Define and prioritize product requirements Serve as central communicator and lead for individual projects Participate in go-to-market strategy Continuously monitor product performance, the competitive environment, and market changes Product Development: Manage your team of reports and leverage the cross-functional shared services teams effectively to keep your assigned projects within scope, on time, and on budget. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by partnering other product leaders, sales, and marketing in the prioritization of projects. Budget Management: Manage individual product budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI. Operational excellence: Define and lead the teams in the creation of processes and strategies to maximize efficiencies in our build process. What you will bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, educational technology, or K-12 curriculum. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing educational products. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
