Robert Half Project Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Columbus, Ohio, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The Project Coordinator will manage various tasks, including scheduling, internal communication, customer service, and the usage of specific tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of different tasks and projects.

• Oversee internal communication and ensure all necessary information is disseminated accurately and timely.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints.

• Multitask effectively, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel to manage, track, and report on project progress.

• Implement and manage CRM and database systems to ensure efficient information management.

• Operate EO/IR systems as part of project management duties.

• Participate in budget processes, ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.

• Use excellent communication skills to liaise between different teams and stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee construction contracts as part of project coordination duties. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management

• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions

• Experience in Database management to store, organize, and retrieve data effectively

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems and their applications in the semi-conductor industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization

• Experience with About Time software for efficient project management

• Understanding of Budget Processes to plan and control project costs

• Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively

• Familiarity with Construction processes in the semi-conductor or electric component manufacturing industry
