What you will do

The Digital Marketing Intern, Web & Content is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, managing website content, and analyzing campaign performance. As a part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the brands to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our websites:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Kenvue brands in different areas of Digital Marketing, with specific focus in Website and Content Management and Maintenance, for assets across the Southern Europe cluster (SE), which includes Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and Balkans.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

  • Manage the creation and upload of engaging content for our brand websites.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Key Projects

  • Coordinate the migration of 90 brand.com websites to the new DxP platform, in close collaboration with the Digital IT team.

  • Review and prioritize the cluster website pipeline with the web agency and supervise content update petitions so they are completed successfully in a timely manner.

  • Support the SEO team in the optimized content creation, approval, and publication process.

  • Build, analyze and present website performance reports, gathering insights and recommendations of improvement for our digital assets.

  • UI/UX: Understand user needs and apply UX methodologies, including user research, personas, user journeys, experience mapping, usability testing, etc. to ensure consumers have the best possible experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other cluster languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek would be a plus).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Autonomy, good problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Consumer and client centric vision.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SEO, and social media platforms.

  • Experience with content creation and management.

  • Experience with ticket handling using JIRA or similar.

  • Diverse educational and culture background will be highly valued.
