Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Conover, North Carolina
NOW HIRING: Maintenance Electrician / PLC Technician – Conover, NC
We’re looking for a Maintenance Electrician with strong experience in industrial maintenance to join our team in Conover, NC . If you have experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, working with 3-phase, AC/DC, and wiring schematics up to 460V , and performing preventative maintenance, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain and repair control panels, motors, fuses, conductors, relays, and proximity switches
• Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
• Use power and hand tools safely and effectively
• Keep accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with an electrical focus
• Expertise in 3-phase, AC/DC, and wiring schematics up to 460V
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Dropbox)
• Welding and plumbing experience is a plus

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM), priority for night shifts
Work environment 24/7 industrial Facility (Non-climate-controlled)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr.
All benefits eligible first day of the month following 60 calendar days:

Work shirts
Tool Bonus ($500 per quarter) - Tool truck pulls up and they can choose that day, on the company
