What you'll do The HR Systems and Reporting Manager is a vital role at Bassett, dedicated to the management, enhancement, and strategic alignment of the Network’s Human Resource Systems. This role is responsible for the planning, implementing, and overseeing all HR systems as well as HR reporting, focusing on data collection and analysis to support Bassett’s strategic objectives and operational needs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing robust system governance processes and managing various HR systems projects. The manager works closely with leadership across the network and with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to identify system requirements, align them with organizational goals, and prioritize and implement system enhancements efficiently. These efforts aim to drive operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance user satisfaction. The HR Systems and Reporting Manager ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security within all HR systems. This involves establishing and maintaining rigorous procedures, overseeing user access and system configurations, and providing comprehensive support and training to system users. In addition, the manager leads the development and distribution of detailed reports and analytics, delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and IT teams to resolve system issues, implement updates, and maintain system interfaces effectively. The HR Systems and Reporting Manager also focuses on leveraging data analytics to optimize HR operations and drive organizational success, while overseeing the execution of HR systems strategies and managing the lifecycle of HR systems projects. Oversee the entire lifecycle of HR systems projects, from defining operational and business requirements through to design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Collaborate closely with HR teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Establish and enforce governance processes for HR systems, creating policies and procedures to ensure consistent, secure, and efficient operations that align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements. Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and other HR technology platforms. Ensure seamless system integrations and ongoing maintenance to support optimal performance. Partner with network leadership and relevant teams to identify opportunities for system improvements. Lead the development and implementation of enhancements that align with strategic goals and operational needs. Manage user permissions, access, and system settings, ensuring secure and efficient operations. Configure systems to meet organizational requirements effectively. Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, offering valuable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear and actionable insights into HR metrics. Ensure these tools are designed to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Develop and complete HR-related scorecards that measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Use these scorecards to track progress and inform strategic decisions. Address system issues promptly, offering practical solutions and exploring alternative methods to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guidelines to ensure consistent, effective use of HR systems across the organization. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in HR technology, data management, and security. Apply this knowledge to continually enhance system performance and protect data integrity. Regularly evaluate and upgrade HR systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. Ensure systems adapt to the changing needs of the organization. Act as a technical expert and provide comprehensive training on HR systems. Support users in implementing, optimizing, and integrating system features. Manage the configuration and testing of system updates and fixes. Maintain detailed documentation and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders. Ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity by monitoring and resolving issues with system integrations. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address integration challenges. Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy and security across HR systems. Implement corrective actions as needed to safeguard data integrity. Manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of HR systems projects. Coordinate with teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. What we need from you Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree required. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR systems experience required Minimum of 2 years of UKG experience required At least 2 years of expeirence in team leadership and project/program management, required Prior experience developing reports, scorecards, and analytics, required 2 years of experience in Healthstream or other LMS, preferred 2 years of experience in iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System, preferred Skills: Accountability Analysis & Evaluation Computer Skills Data Management Systems Thinking Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Pay Range Minimum: USD $107,051.67/Yr. Pay Range Maximum: USD $160,577.51/Yr.
