Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives (DPD) are looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Architect to drive the design and implementation of our Digital infrastructure utilizing the DevOps mindset.
Youwill become part of ourDevOps team a cross functional support organization enabling our business units on delivering to our customers. We are part ofan international environment consisting of multiple teams of software, hardware, control, and test engineers across many countries, creating the next generation of our cutting-edge and industry-leading platform of frequency converters.
The position is located in Nordborg (DK), Kolding (DK), Copenhagen (DK), Tampere (FI), or Helsinki (FI), with flexibility of homeworking.
Job Responsibilities
As our DevOps Architect, you will help drive the digital transformation improvements, utilizing automation and monitoring our infrastructure lifting the quality and speed delivering to our customers. .
Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to:
Collaborating on design and document the infrastructure and data models that supports the development and deployment systems.
Supporting tool and technology selection for the development and deployment process.
Identify AI opportunities within our End2End development and deployment flows to improve efficiency & quality.
Collaborate on ensuring the deployment systems meet required security standards, including data protection, access control, and vulnerability management.
Foster the DevOps & Agile mindset between development and operations teams to ensure a shared understanding of the development and deployment systems.
Drive operations quality and speed by designing continuous monitoring of data into the infrastructure.
In our organization, you will be representing the team by driving communication with stakeholders and aligning architecture and designs in relation to our DevOps infrastructure.
Success will be measured by improved efficiency and quality in development and deployment, adherence to security standards, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and the implementation of innovative AI and automation solutions. These factors will highlight your impact and effectiveness in driving the growth of our organization.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate comes with a proven track record from a similar role. It can be from a different industry, but through your experience and methodology you will be able to make continuous improvements to our business through use of DevOps services. As a person, you are proactive and an effective communicator with a collaborative and open-minded attitude.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Broad and deep experience with applying digital transformation in a product development organization.
Experience with IT architecture disciplines and tools.
Capable of building external and internal knowledge networks.
Enjoying being in the driver seat.
Strong communicator.
Have an agile mindset and experience with agile frameworks.
Having an engineering degree will be an advantage.
