What youll do:

Position title:SAP iXp Intern EMEA Business AI Office Assistant (Working Student)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Expected start date to end date: August 1, 2024 January 31, 2025

Admin work such as, but not limited to - planning and coordinating meetings and logistics, managing the SAP EMEA AI Officers calendar, and flawlessly executing expenses and bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc).

Project Management - supporting and executing projects (internal/external)

Stakeholder Management - building strong and powerful relationships, both externally and internally.

Support the team with requested reports and keep data and visuals organized

Research, coordinate, and schedule events

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful

innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Student enrolled in a university : You are currently pursuing your studies at a university with a preference for business or IT-related fields.

Strong communication skills : You possess good communication skills in English at a C1 level.

Analytical abilities : You have analytical capabilities and an eye for detail.

Familiarity with project management : You are familiar with project management concepts.

Proactive and ownership-oriented : You enjoy taking initiative and ownership.

Strengths : Your strengths include proactivity, flexibility, and creativity.

International environment: An understanding of the corporate world and experience with international virtual environments are pluses.

Meet your team:

The EMEA Business AI Office's overarching responsibilities are to build, launch, and accelerate the regional Business AI plan. This plan includes engaging our customers, activating the SAP ecosystems, and enabling sales to build and accelerate the pipeline of strategic Business AI engagements. The purpose of this plan is to strengthen SAPs competitive advantage and ensure that SAP is perceived as an innovator, digital leader and ultimately, the worlds number one Business AI company.

Examples of projects include customer meetings and executive support, keynote opportunities and thought leadership, the ERPsim game, customer-specific events, regional events, market unit events, co-innovation projects, regional Business AI strategy (2025) implementation, and governance, among many more.
