The College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Psychology, is looking for a full-time Outreach Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.
Core Job Responsibilities.
Identifying creative and effective strategies for promoting enrollment in each of our ongoing studies.
Conduct active recruitment (find and approach potential participants), passive recruitment, outreach , and online outreach (manage the lab’s social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram; conduct online and app-based outreach).
Conduct brief surveys by phone and in community settings.
Participate in trainings relevant to the communities served by our research.
Develop professional relationships with mental health providers, researchers, and community members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
Minimum 3 years of experience. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
