Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in a commercial food service facility; OR an Associate\'s Degree in Food Service Management. Additional Required Qualifications Knowledge of retail food service and experience operating commercial food service equipment. Experience in food service safety and sanitation process and procedures. Good customer services skills when working with internal and external customers. Ability to respond positively to changing work demands as well as the ability to work cooperatively and positively with a variety of individuals. The employee in this position will often be required to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and/or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills including the ability to understand and convey written and verbal directions/instructions, recipes, safety information, machine instructions, and other communications. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity and creating an equitable and inclusive environment. Requires a valid Food Handler\'s certificate within 30 days of employment. Must maintain certification throughout employment with UHDS.
