Reporting to the Network Services Manager, the IT Infrastructure Intern role will be responsible for supporting infrastructure in our Data Center and assisting with different teams in the IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a background or strong interest in IT infrastructure, cable management, networking, data center operations, platform, and server management.

Your Day To Day
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Support data center operations, including server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Participate in telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and secure communication systems. Help with cable management and organization within the data center. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components. Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
