Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with an Installation Coordinator. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a customer-centric role. This team oversees our customer accounts on the day of installation to ensure everything goes smoothly for the customer. You will work closely with our Field Operations Managers and Installation Crews.

-Welcome calls are made to our customers the morning of their installation and the coordinator will introduce ourselves as their point of contact for the day.

-We check in with the customer mid-day and ask them if the installation is going well.

-We make a final call at the end of the day once the installation is completed and engage on customer feedback to ensure that they had a great experience with our team.

-The team is also responsible for processing completion paperwork submitted by the installation crews when the project is complete.

-We manage all customer reviews post installation and provide customer responses for both positive and negative feedback.

-If we receive a negative review, we work with our Field Managers, or in office Leadership to find a solution for the customer and hope to turn them around.

-There is also some light data entry for report tracking with customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Strong follow-up & customer service skills

  • CRM software experience, Salesforce is a plus!

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically with Excel and Word

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to problem solve independently

  • High level written/verbal communication skills

  • Previous Home Improvement industry experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $22-25/hour plus monthly bonus incentive

Schedule:

  • Onsite in our Cranford office

  • Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Opportunity to work occasional Saturdays for over-time (Remote from home)
