Job Description
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, rebuild or modify equipment, including but not limited to power transmissions, chain and belt drives, cams, bearings, motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems. Reassemble machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation. Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and company fleet vehicles according to schedule.
Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical and electrical trouble, dismantling machines, replacing defective parts, rebuilding or modifying equipment, including but not limited to power transmissions, chain and belt drives, cams, bearings, motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems; reassembling machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment according to schedule.
Perform routine maintenance on company fleet vehicles, including oil changes, brake replacements, and minor repairs. Facilitate repairs beyond personal skills with approved external sources.
Perform upgrades or changes to equipment as needed.
Perform daily safety inspections on forklift and other equipment, complying with documentation requirements. Repair or replace broken or worn parts.
Suggest ways to make maintenance or machines more productive or efficient and participate in the improved efficiency facilitation.
Follow company policies and procedures.

5+ years of maintenance technician experience
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Schematic interpretation

Work Environment
Large equipment manufacturing shop. The shop is open from 5:00am to 5:30pm (Monday - Friday) and Saturday from 5:00am to 11:00am. Standard hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm. Currently, employees are working 50 - 55 hours per week due to high demand, with plans to reduce hours by hiring additional staff.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $63000.00/yr.

They also have a HSA and FSA for employees (Benefits are attached). Double Time paid after 50 hours worked.
