Aerotek Facilities Maintenance Technician in Culpeper, Virginia
Description:
Seeking candidate to assist with facilities maintenance and building upkeep
Willingness to learn the different types of systems
Some knowledge with hydraulic systems
HVAC/Boiler knowledge a plus
Willingness to work multiple shift and weekends
Experiencing with Preventative Maintenance.
Ability to replace light bulbs
Ability to unclog drains
Ability to paint different materials or textures
Perform visual inspections
Document with a Maintenance software/system
Schedule: 5am-2pm Monday-Friday
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of facilities maintenance experience
Experience in HVAC, building upkeep, and plumbing
Ability to operate a tablet
Experience working with 277/480V is a plus
