ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator II in Cupertino, California
Our client, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the department and supporting the team.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Cupertino, CA
Pay Range: $40 - $45/ hr
What’s the Job?
Structure and manage complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Create, manage, and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Develop and maintain build matrices.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure material availability.
Contribute to allocation management and oversee shipment notifications.
Monitor material requirements to support build activities.
Manage Apple Security product requirements.
What’s Needed?
BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team.
Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data.
Critical thinking with detailed accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time-sensitive environment.
Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on multiple projects.
Experience working with overseas vendors preferred.
Ability to influence, effectively communicate, and drive deadlines with vendors (either CM or part vendors).
Proficient in MS Excel, Agile, and SAP.
Understand configuration management.
Understanding of complex BOMs (preferably for hardware products).
