TEKsystems Technical Project Manager - Commerce/Compliance - Operations, Processes in Cupertino, California

Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Project/ Product Manager to join the Retail Online Store team and focus on establishing and running internal processes related to Privacy and Accessibility compliance. This position requires strong cross-functional and project management skills, business sense, and technical curiosity. You should have a passion for delivering great experiences that address the needs of all customers. You will initially drive a few projects that are in progress, at different levels of the development lifecycle, and eventually contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Privacy and Accessibility compliance.

We are looking for someone who can adapt and respond to changes proactively and efficiently. It is a great opportunity to work

on important initiatives, learn the company culture and ways of working, and take product ownership of strategic initiatives.

This position requires to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Lead the Privacy and Accessibility review process:

  • Ensure all new Online Store technical features are being reviewed by the experts prior to launch

  • Ensure fast and efficient reviews, with a focus on completeness and comprehensiveness

  • Keep all stakeholders updated on progress, with communication tailored to each audience

Identify opportunities to optimize the review process:

  • Analyze the current status of the process, what’s working, what could be improved

  • Document proposals to optimize the process, with pros / cons and recommendations

  • Advise on tools to help with the tracking and reporting of the progress, and easier status shareout with stakeholders

Requirements to be Successful

  • Experience organizing and planning large projects and processes

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Excellent communication and organization savviness skills

  • Excellent analytical demeanor and attention to details

  • Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm
