REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/28/2025-6/28/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops: Asparagus Job Duties: Planting, grading, harvesting, and picking asparagus. Weeding, rock picking, mowing, and cleaning fields. Driving picking carts, transporting asparagus carts, loading and unloading asparagus carts. Vehicle maintenance, farm maintenance, cleaning vehicles and shop, keeping house clean, firewood, splitting wood, autumn olive removal, clean yellow baskets, Ag equipment operator. Farm, Field, and Shed Sanitation: All workers will be responsible for picking up trash, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors and other farm, and shed sanitation duties. The farm owner/supervisor or a designated employee will provide specific instructions and close supervision. Workers will be expected to perform their duties in a timely and proficient manner and will have close supervision to insure adherence to instruction. Work will be closely monitored and reviewed for quality. GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL CROPS: Fieldwork begins at assigned time shortly after daylight.
