Responsible for generating new enquiries & customers and sustaining strong relationships & contacts with existing M&E contractors, Designer and Developer.
Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
Review enquiries and working with P&S team in making quotations & submittals
Follow up submittals & approvals
Keep up to date the industry trends and competition
Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms
Communicate with customers & factories for the specification and technical.
Follow up the payment
Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
Follow up project pipeline by own and prepare reports for the management.
