We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and highly organized AP Clerk to become an integral part of our team in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable, utilizing Quickbooks Online, and Bills.com. Responsibilities:
• Processing full cycle accounts payable accurately and efficiently
• Utilizing Quickbooks Online and Bills.com for various accounting tasks
• Managing inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Handling multi-state sales tax filings using Tax Jar
• Using Excel formulas to simplify and automate tasks
• Maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Resolving customer credit inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly to prevent overdue payments
Requirements
• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Knowledgeable in Inventory Accounting
• Experience with bill.com is required
• Ability to handle Sales Tax applications
• Experience with startup type companies
• Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is and Excel
• Experience in Full Cycle accounting is a must
