Description
We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will be managing an array of HR functions in our organization and will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from creating job postings to facilitating onboarding.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts.
• Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Ensure our organization remains compliant with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and payroll processing.
• Enhance employee skills and knowledge by coordinating and facilitating training programs.
• Handle HR administrative tasks on a daily basis.
• Use HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
• Engage in corporate recruiting, employee engagement, and conduct training sessions.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, and succession planning.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficiency in Compliance processes and regulations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Payroll system
• Proven track record in Performance Evaluations
• Solid understanding of Benefits Administration
• Experience in managing Open Enrollment periods
• Skills in Succession Planning
• Experience in Onboarding new employees
• Capabilities in Corporate Recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to drive Employee Engagement
• Ability to Conduct Training Sessions
