ManpowerGroup Seasonal Production Worker in Dallas, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Seasonal Production Worker to join their team. As a Seasonal Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Seasonal Production Worker
Location: Birchwood, WI
Pay Range: $19/hr
Shift: 5am - 3:30pm M-TH
What's the Job?
Set up, adjust, and operate individual machines and work cells.
Read process documentation to determine specifications and processing steps.
Perform quality checks and gather materials for assembly.
Assist management and maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Operate sander/buffer tools
Maintain production records and perform housekeeping duties.
What's Needed?
Experience operating machinery and knowledge of materials and products.
Ability to read and write in English and read a tape measure.
Experience with minor preventative maintenance and operator care.
Capability to lift over 40 lbs occasionally and push/pull 100 lbs with assistance.
Understanding of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
