Randstad's premier staffing company is now recruiting for an Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift in the East Knoxville area! This role does require a minimum of 5 years experience in Operations in an industrial setting to be considered. Pay ranges from 78k-100k based on recent experience. Responsibilities
Planning and leading improvement projects and teams.
Analyzing operational opportunities for specific area of responsibility. Includes root cause analysis of issues and action plan steps to improve performance.
Direct team leadership to meet area, plant, and company objectives. Includes the effective and efficient use of company materials and equipment and leadership of area employees.
Directly responsible for all aspects of quality, safety, productivity, and service.
Directly responsible for development of team members and ensuring area is appropriately staffed to meet operational objectives.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 10 hours at one time
