Aerotek Construction Laborer in Dane, Wisconsin
Job Description
We are seeking Technicians to assist with foundation waterproofing. Responsibilities include moving materials to and from the worksite, using hand tools and shovels to move dirt and dig trenches. This physical role requires the ability to handle various waterproofing solutions and materials, such as Dow Styrofoam Board, HouseGuard Waterproofing System, and Delta MS Foundation Waterproofing Membrane. Candidates with experience in construction, concrete, waterproofing, or carpentry are preferred, although entry-level candidates from landscaping, military, or farming experience is encouraged to apply.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm - May change depending on projects
Work Environment
Commercial construction job-sites and new construction that is 100% uninhabited. The role involves working outdoors 90% of the time in various weather conditions. The work locations are primarily within 30 miles of Dane County, occasionally extending towards the west side of Milwaukee. Team size ranges from 1-3 people. Candidates must provide their own leather boots, high visibility shirts, hard hats, safety glasses, and pants. Tools and tool belts are also required.
