TEKsystems Customer Order Specialist in Dayton, Minnesota

Description:

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and internal company portal

Review and process customer inquiries

Review and process customer returns

Act as a resource for returned goods and provide support to customers and internal team members for related inquiries

Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies)

Communicate credit date commitments to customers to ensure that notices are given in advance and provide as much notice as possible

Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary

Act as liason between logistics, credit, and customer service teams to ensure timely return credits
