Insight Global Front End Software Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a software developer to be part of a large OEM. This person will work about 80% on the front end with 20% on the backend. Most of their day will be spent paired programming. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned software engineer who wants to move into a technical leadership role where instead of implementing requirements, you lead the development of requirements and work with others for implementation and delivery.
Compensation:
$60 to $65HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

5+ years of react experience
Backend Experience- 20% of time
Paired Programing Experience
Cloud Experience (GCP, AWS or AZURE)
TDD Experience null
