JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packing of products based on the blueprint or work instructions, or blueprints.
Reading and following work procedures and schematics
Receiving verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Record daily output
Follow all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
Complies with EHS regulations and policies including wearing required PPE.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties.
*Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.
Basic math skills required.
Must be capable of steadily using their hands for the operation and manufacturing of equipment.
Must be able to read and write simple statements.
Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.
