Description
Jackie Meza with Robert Half is in search for an HR Generalist (Bilingual) in our Manufacturing sector. This role invites the opportunity to contribute to our team by processing employee-related services, maintaining comprehensive employee records, and handling employee inquiries. The selected candidate will also monitor employee accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and manage payroll functions
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks
• Oversee employee relations and address any issues that arise
• Manage hiring processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective
• Execute onboarding procedures for new employees
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all employee interactions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Implement and oversee performance management strategies
• Attend to employee inquiries with promptness and professionalism.

Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
• Experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in onboarding new employees
• Ability to manage and process payroll
• Experience in handling payroll functions and compliance
• Experience in performance management and employee evaluations
• Bilingual communication skills are essential
