We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time , 24-hour per week position to support a team with organizational, administrative, office management, and project support tasks in our Denver or Lakewood, Colorado office. The ideal schedule would include a physical presence in the office at least one day per week (or as needed depending on project deliverables).

Additional hours beyond 24 hours per week may be requested depending on workload.

Your Role:

Project Support including (but not limited to):

o Creating and updating mailing lists

o Meeting materials support

o Meeting and event planning

o Progress report preparation

o Meeting participation, note taking.

New hire orientation and onboarding support tasks

Provide assistance with all aspects of document production including copying, scanning, making PDFs, document assembly, mass mailings.

Manage document production process; production supply tracking and ordering, coordinating with print vendors as needed.

Assist with management of office supply inventory; office supplies, printing equipment (toner), coffee/tea, etc.

Coordination of webinars and conference calls, as well as onsite meetings and luncheons

Receiving packages and assisting with accounts payable processing

Processing incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, courier services, etc.

Assist with organization of office/project events.

Assist with expense report submittals.

Qualifications:

Hight School Diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional computer skills a plus

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Must be adaptable and able to work independently on multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Possess the ability to work well with all levels of management, outside vendors, and internal and external clients.

Sensitivity to confidential information is a must.

A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience and demonstrated work experience in the above role; skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role; geographic location; and education, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
