Job Duties Perform full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings with managers, posting, sourcing, interviewing, extend offers, background checks, and coordination with onboarding team. Build relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, global mobility, site human resources and candidates. Establish recruiting strategy with hiring manager for filling open requisitions, including sourcing, pre-screenings, interviewing, selecting and reference checks. Work to fill all vacancies in a timely, cost efficient manner with the most qualified candidates. Responsible for sourcing candidates through passive sourcing methods, networking, internet postings, employee referrals and 3rd party recruiters. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers of candidates and develop and recommend salary analysis for offers, in alignment with compensation package. Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data in ATS and produces ad hoc recruiting reports.
WFH available 1-2 days per week.
The base pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $109,200.000 to $119,200.000 per year per year plus standard company benefits.
Job Requirements Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or related field, and 6 years of experience.
Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Video hiring platforms such as Montage and Modern Hire; Textio and augmented writing tools; Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferably Success Factors Recruiting; Utilize and implement Success Factors; Talent Manager advisor and Talent Acquisition Advisor; Mining cycle and processes; Health, Safety and Security Mining; Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion in recruitment processes; Performing special recruitment for mining roles.
