Description
Robert Half has partnered with a family office in Denver in search of a Sr. Accountant! The Sr. Accountant position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $100,000-$130,000!
The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Manage relationship, consult, and advise regarding finances, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for assigned clients
Review simple financial statements and related schedules
Analyze and prepare complex financial statements, including consolidations and related schedules
Maintain cash balances and oversee cash activity, including coordinating with other staff to ensure timely payment and high-quality input to accounting software
Present multi-faceted information and financial reports, providing additional analysis and information as needed
Prepare journal entries for payroll, depreciation, investments and other areas as needed
Provide support to tax department for compliance and tax return preparation
Provide schedules and information to other departments as needed
Analyze and prepare recommendations to management on process improvement
Requirements for the Sr. Accountant include:
Active CPA
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
Family office or client-facing experience is nice to have, but not required
Great Plains software experience is nice to have, but not required
