Actalent Document Control Coordinator in Derry, New Hampshire

Description:

This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Will work from defined spreadsheets to update customized file information in a Product Data Management (PDM) Database.

• Will work from BOMs to create Product Family Specific Data Folders.

• Able to maintain consistently efficient production in file movement and updates.

• Support the archival, retrieval, and update process for controlled documents.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL.

Data entry, Clerical, excel, document control, sop, engineering drawings, bill of materials, BOM, drawings, product release, manufacturing, PDM, product data management, SAP, Oracle, admin

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Experience with documentation types and approval processes associated with factory/production environments.

• Previous experience updating and managing documents and files in Excel, MS Word, Adobe PDF.

• Ability to recognize inconsistencies in standardized documents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with the types of documentation in a plant/factory environment

• Use of AS400 PRMS
