Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer in DES MOINES, Iowa, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software systems in a variety of programming languages, with a focus on C# on .NET. You will work with integration technologies, handle data in various formats and protocols, and manage APIs, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software systems using C# on .NET

• Work with integration technologies such as API (Application Programming Interface), ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), middleware, and other relevant tools

• Manage and manipulate data in various formats and protocols like XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc.

• Implement database applications using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL Server, etc.

• Work with cloud-based integration platforms and services, like Azure Integration Services, AWS Lambda, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub

• Manage APIs using solutions such as Azure API Management solutions, MuleSoft API Manager, Software AG API Gateway

• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to collect and document business requirements.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Software Developer role or similar.

• Proficiency in .NET and .NET Framework.

• Strong skills in C Sharp Programming (C#) and C# - Sharp.

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MS SQL Server, and SQL - Structured Query Language.

• Demonstrated experience in API Development and API Testing.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
