As the Account Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in handling client accounts and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and projects. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, coordinating the account teams, and collaborating with various Practice and Solutions Areas to deliver outstanding solutions and services to our clients. Your ability to strategize, communicate optimally, and lead our efforts are critical in driving client happiness and business growth. You will be a direct contact for clients and act as their advocate, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The Account Supervisor will be tasked to coordinate the service delivery and its execution and be accountable for the its performance, customer happiness and identifying expansion opportunities.

The Account Supervisor supports book(s) of business that typically generates revenue between $2.0 and $20.0 million.What You'll Do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and understanding their needs, goals, and expectations. Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, products, services, and target audience to provide value and recommendations. Identify new opportunities to upsell and expand services to existing clients, enhancing account growth. Supervise and mentor account executives and coordinators, providing mentorship and support to ensure effective client servicing. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met. Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coordinate the development and execution of campaigns, projects, and initiatives to ensure they align with client objectives and meet quality standards. Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to maintain project efficiency and profitability. Review and approve client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with guidelines. Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop effective marketing initiatives that align with clients' goals and target audiences. Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic meetings to supply valuable insights and ideas. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients. Apply data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance. Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches, proposals, and presentations. Identify potential new client areas and contribute to the creation of new business strategies. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
